I have 2 lenses 50mm 1.4 and 24-70mm 2.8, 50mm has some fungus on it, does this fungus spread to the other lens when both are kept inside a drybox under stable humidity of 40-45%

Fungus never spreads from your lens to a body or another lens, so there is no reason to worry about it spreading on your other lens.

@anuroop-k-anil Lens fungus is a combination of dust and moisture that finds its way into the interior elements of a camera lens. Dust by itself does not typically cause a problem, but if that dust contains fungus spores and is combined with moisture, fungus can grow.
