- Regular Fee: ₹40,000/-

What the Fees Include
- Stay for 2 Nights / 3 Days on a triple-sharing basis
- Breakfast and dinner during the workshop
- Local transport between shooting locations in Jaisalmer
- Location permission charges (wherever required)
- Complete mentoring throughout the workshop
- Professional model expenses
- Styling team expenses
What Is Not Included
- Lunch expenses (to be shared on actuals)
- Travel from your city to Jaisalmer and back
- Any personal expenses
- Room service or food ordered in rooms
- Optional Ahmedabad–Jaisalmer–Ahmedabad travel: ₹5,000/- (if you choose to travel with our team)
Booking & Payment Details
- Bookings are now open
- To block your seat at the early bird price, an advance payment of ₹10,000/- is required
- The advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation
- The remaining balance must be paid on or before 16th February
Important Notes
- If the balance payment is not completed by 16th February, the early bird discount will be cancelled
- The advance amount will be treated as cancellation charges
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other person or workshop

About the Workshop
This is a portfolio-building + backend shoot management workshop.
What makes this workshop unique:
- You don’t just learn lighting setups, angles, and compositions — you also learn how fashion shoots are managed on real locations.
- You’ll understand how decisions are taken on-ground, including location challenges, timing issues, lighting changes, and last-minute calls.
- Unlike fully pre-managed workshops, this one is intentionally designed to give you a real, raw, on-location experience.
- Certain creative and logistical decisions will be taken on-site and at the last moment, just like real professional assignments.
- You will learn how we plan Plan A, Plan B, and sometimes Plan C, and how to handle both success and failure during shoots.

- Possible late evening or surprise shoots
- Real-time problem solving based on location and weather conditions

Travel Information
- Workshop fees are calculated on a Jaisalmer-to-Jaisalmer basis.
- Travel from your city to Jaisalmer is not included.
Optional Ahmedabad Travel:
If you wish to travel with our team from Ahmedabad, you must book your travel seat in advance. ( limited people only )
- Additional Charges: ₹5,000/-
- Includes travel from Ahmedabad to Jaisalmer and return to Ahmedabad only.
- No refund will be provided if you decide to continue your journey from Jaisalmer to another city instead of returning to Ahmedabad.
Pre-requisites
- Basic knowledge of photography (shutter speed, aperture, ISO)
- Personal camera and lenses ( wide angle and medium telephoto lenses )
- Godox trigger system (please discuss with our team if you do not own one)
Provided from ourside:
- Outdoor lights when needed
- Modifiers along with lights
- Backup triggers
Workshop Terms & Conditions
- 100% payment required to confirm your seat
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances
- Images created during the workshop can be used only for personal portfolio, website, and social media
- Images cannot be sold, commercialized, or submitted to competitions
- While posting images, it is mandatory to mention that the images are part of a workshop with Varun Patel Photography, along with proper credit to mentor, makeup artist, model, and stylist
- If the workshop is cancelled from our side, 100% fees will be refunded, but we will not be responsible for any travel or other expenses incurred by participants
- Subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction
- Participants travelling directly to Jaisalmer must be present on time; late entry will not be entertained
- We reserve full rights to cancel a participant’s seat before or during the workshop in case of misbehavior with the team, models, or anyone involved
